Dr. Edward Jezbera

Dr. Jezbera was born and raised in Broken Bow, Nebraska, where he attended the University of Nebraska and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in 1957.

Knowing his love for animals and his passion to help those without a voice, he then got accepted into the veterinary program at his Alma Mater and finished as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1967.

Dr. Jezbera then moved his life to Riverside, CA where he purchased Riverside Animal Hospital and turned it into a community staple for 44 years. In 2017, he sold the practice to PetVet Care Centers and is now the Medical Director and lead surgeon for all of RAH procedures.

He has been married to his wife Carolyn since 1959 and is surrounded with love by his three kids, Mike, Teresa and Lori, his 5 grandkids, 4 great grandkids and his French Bulldog, Mable.
